2144829999 2004-02-09 inspection for tank battery location. 100BBL, 210BBL, seperator
746877834 2012-10-03 The unit consists of a 2-tank battery (TB) with mechanical separator enclosed in a 6-foot chainlink fence. The spacing is in accordance with the rule, and the valving and mechanicals are in good repair. I did not observe any signs of leaking product or gas vapors. The wellhead is fitted with a concoil type mechanical lift device and is located in a separate gated 6-foot chainlink enclosure. There is no ID at the wellhead which is located remote from the TB. The gates on the enclosures are not locked. The tank battery dike is adequate. I observed a discarded mechanical separator unit outide the fence. The hatches on the tanks are open. The TB is shared with Units #821 and #818. I called Matt Sisson and advised him about maintenance and ID issues. He indicated that he could repair with the next month.
