-1439454169 2007-07-30 I performed a random field inspection. I found the bottom of the stock tank leaking a dark substance. About 1 drop of oil every 45 seconds. I called Bruce Close(330-904-7024) field operator. He said that the stock tank was not in use because of the well not making any fluid. That the oily substance has been in the tank for awhile. The bottom of the tank had rust for about 6 feet at the very edge of the bottom. I requested that the tank be removed if not in use. He stated that he would have to steam the inside of the tank before it could be moved to there storage area. I told him call me back in one week to see how the tank cleaning is going. I installed some diapers at the edge of the tank to soak up the oil. Clean tank and remove same. Clean up the ground area of oil. 9-1-07
-562017060 2007-07-31 I stopped by to see if anything has been started. The tank had been drained totally and was raised up on one side. So work had started.
