Upon review of the BOP test it was noted that the pipe ram test was not done due to the proper the company not having the right pipe rams. The accumulator remotely controlled actuation control panel was not functioning and would only manually operate. The company man on site and myself agreed that a full BOP and accumulator retest was to be done before proceeding to drill again once the proper repairs were made.

There were 2 500 barrel fresh water mix tanks to be potentially used for this cement job with one tank showing a low level of chlorides and not used on this job.

One solid plug was set in 2 stages; with the 1st plug set from 6225' to 5663' then 13 stands were pulled and displaced with 79 barrels the next plug set from 5663' to 5098' and then 14 stands were pulled and displaced with 72 barrels; both plugs were displaced with oil based drill mud. Class H cement was used with a mud sweep ahead.
