-1344097672 2011-03-16 An inspection revealed oil sheen on surface of water inside the earthen dike at tank battery location. The oil sheen measured approx 10' x 5'. The source appears to have been from a tank botom leak or nearby 1.5" black plastic line connected to bottom of 100 bbl tank. A new GPS reading was obtained for the well. The shared tank battery does not contain a complete identification. On 3/18/2011, Mr. Don Byers called to state that oil sheen was the result of bad tank bottom recently replaced. The oil has been cleaned up and identification would be corrected.
