| 1746118843 | 2013-06-06 | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The wellhead is surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 100 BBL production tank, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The wooden fence that surrounds the tank battery is falling down. The 100 BBL tank is showing signs of leaking. The well has not been in production since 2007. I spoke with the well tender Matt Sisson about having the 100 BBL emptied. I spoke with Ed Butler a supervisor for Broad Street about the production. Well needs produced within 90 days or plugged within 180 days. | NONE | |||
