-1262102028 2007-09-18 FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1134603450 I inspected well location and production lines as a result of a complaint filed by Eric Holsky. The production line from this well runs above ground, across Eric Holsky's property. Eric broke the 2 inch steel line while mowing with his bush hog rotary mower. Oxford repaired the line and put some absorbent down on the area of the spill that covered a 25 foot square area. The landowner Eric Holsky wanted a better clean-up effort and requested that the affected soil be removed. He also requests that the production lines on his property be buried.
