1361997838 2013-02-27 I received a call from Denny Dugan, Valley Petroleum Management stating that he had a production line leak that had contaminated a stream with an estimated 10 gallon combination of Crude oil and brine. During my inspection I found that there was sheen on the water down a feeder stream and down Wakatomika Creek a total of 3800 feet. Chris Holmes from EPA is on site conducting an inspection and overseeing the clean up of the stream. Inspectors Jeff Fry, Tom Zacharyasz, and Will Ziegler were also present on site. Talked with the land owner and he stated that he had reported the leak earlier that morning. The company needs to clean up any stain and contamination around the leak by 2/27/2013, and repair or replace the line before the well is placed back into production. 9-1-07
