1407785021 2014-08-07 Inspected Berea well with Inspector Allie Sherwood at the request of Gene Chini. Previous site visit on 06-24-14 we found the Fite Permit # 61852 but not this well. Both wells are in the Orphan well program and files updated. This well has 6" casing at ground level covered over with a steel plate and well head with 2" tubing and rods. There is a string of 1" thru plate that goes down hole. Depth of 1" unknown. I took 15 additional photos. We talked to Sharon Angus who is the property owner. She had no preference for right of entry. Access would be the best thru her driveway and continue to behind house and angle NE toward the wells.
