1388302890 2013-02-05 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. It was surrounded by a locked chain link fence and evergreen trees. The tank battery was surrounded by a locked chain link fence, proper dike, and evergreen trees. It contained two, 100 barrel production tanks, one, 50 barrel brine tank, and two separators. The separators had 7 day production charts. There were plugs on all the load lines. The proper identification signs were posted at the tank battery and well. The production record was up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. The lease road was in good condition. The well shares the tank battery with permit number 2-3714.
