-970919886 2013-01-17 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike with a 4" PVC drain pipe and threaded cap. It contained one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank with an identification sign. The storage tank had a bull plug in the load line. The heat treated separator had the correct spacing from the storage tank and a 7 day production chart. The lease road was in good condition, had an open gate at the entrance, and shared with permit numbers 2-0118 and 2-2370. W. Pol Contracting Inc. was on location repairing the dump line from the separator to the storage tank. The production records were up to date on our database.
