1318956346 2011-10-18 Associated with inspection 1765228974. Spoke with Greg Weinbrenner, owner of Star Oil, about violations with this well and 1745. Star Oil has a contractor coming into area latter this year to remove old tanks. This tank was left for the land owner, but will be removed. The contamination associated with 1745 will be cleaned immediately, and tank for well 1745 is not hooked up but will be removed later as well. An extension was granted to allow time to remove tanks.
