1352987492 2012-11-15 I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was located approximately 0.15 miles north of the tank battery and had the proper identification sign. The tank battery had the proper dike, an identification sign, and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank and one, 50 barrel brine storage tank with locks on the tank hatches and ball valves. The separator was located outside the diked tank battery. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was part of the landowner's driveway. There are no violations at this time.
