1285785742 2010-09-29 I performed a random field inspection. I GPS'd both the tank battery and the wellhead. I continued to walk around both the wellhead and the tank battery. This inspection satisfies 1501:9-9-05. There were no violations at this time.
1322929132 2004-02-19 The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl storage tank, 1-50 bbl salt water tank and a dike.
1359649420 2013-01-29 I stopped on this location to check on a collapsed 50 barrel production tank for inspector John Fleming. The tank is severely damaged and can no longer hold any fluid beyond the 12 inches that is currently in the tank. A 100 barrel production tank with a semi corroded flow line is currently used for production. The operator has been contacted and the issue is going to be taken care of. There is no oil or brine leaks in the tank battery and everything is contained by a SPCC dike.
