1534594960 2012-10-03 I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence with no lock. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and no identification. The production equipment had the proper spacing. I met with the well pumper for O & M Enterprises and showed him all the compliance violations that needed fixed. I will perform a follow-up by 10/19/2012.
865841542 2012-10-23 I conducted a follow-up NOV inspection. My inspection found the proper identification posted at the tank battery and on the fence of the plunger lift unit. New chains and locks have been placed on both chain link fences for the tank battery and plunger lift unit. The northeast corner post of the fence next to the gate had been re-cemented.
