-1173867917 2014-05-30 Inspected production well on 05/30/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-50 bbl steel tank, and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. A meter/drip station located nearby was noted to be leaking oil and gas. Ed Butler with Broad Street Energy was notified of the problem, and was sending a pumper out to address the problem directly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
255013942 2012-02-27 My well site inspection today found that well identification (ID) signs need to be more legible and the proper numbering applied to wells and tank batteries. I contacted the well owner and issued a verbal Notice of Violation (NOV) concerning these issues.
602916751 2013-05-22 The well is equipped with a pump jack, rods and tubing. The well is fenced, ID posted. ID was also posted at the lease road gate. Some fluid has been spilled in the tank battery at the hose connection fittings. The fluid has dried out.
