-1264252963 2009-11-23 Well has identification. Well is equipped with electric service, pump jack, electric motor, tubing, rods, Well is connected to production equipment and production line. Well is connected to common tank battery consisting of two 100 bbl steel tanks, and one 150 bbl steel tank. A tank ladder has fallen on the brine line from the tank. This has caused a leak that resulted in a scald area 4' by 10' below the tank. High range Quantabs were used to measure the brine. The Quantabs were completely maxed out ( exceeded 9.8 on the strip). I have called Herald oil and informed them of the problem they are going to fix the damage and clean up the site. Phone call placed on 11-30-09 at 1:02 pm.
