1360764266 2013-02-13 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit and the proper identification sign. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank and one, buried concrete brine tank. The proper identification sign was posted. It was surrounded by a weathered dike and not capable of meeting containment requirements. The separator was in good condition. The lease road was in good, stable condition. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. I called Strawn Oil Well Service at 330-537-3863. I instructed them to have a new dike built around the production tank by 2/22/2013.
1361385151 2013-02-20 My re-inspection found the proper dike built around the tank battery.
