-802509768 2014-05-13 I was on location to perform a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the well was in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a heat, treated separator. A dike surrounded the production tank. An identification sign was posted on the separator. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 16 day production chart inside the separator. Chain link fences surrounded the production equipment. The lease road was in stable condition with a locked gate at the entrance. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
