The well is not equipped with a pumping unit or any lines. The well is shut in and appears idle but capable of production. The status of the well is listed as plugged and abandoned. A permit was issued to plug the well in November of 2009. Plugging operations have not been completed as of yet. A new permit to plug or plug back shall be obtained by the company. Five production tanks are located near the well. Three are inside a dike, two are not. Each of the tanks out side the dike are less than fifty feet from the well.
