1213576329 2008-06-15 Complaint called in of oil in creek down below storage tank upon inspecting site found out that cattle had knocked of valve on plastic storage tank allowing approximately 25 bbl oil to drain into Seneca Fork creek, called company rep and requested that they send crew out for cleanup efforts they sent 3 vac trucks and 8 men and oil booms and absorbent pads and 1-boat to place booms with, cleanup went extremely well recovered nearly all of the oil that was lost, will check site at later date to ensure of proper cleanup.
1326603104 2008-06-19 Went by recent spill site to check for compliance of cleanup,met with pumper to discuss placing proper dike system around tanks and requested fencing be installed after dike is completed to keep farm animals from possibly breaking valves off tank again,no visible oil in stream could be found instructed owner to remove 2 booms from stream there is 5 total within creek located in various sites.
