1260989685 | 2009-12-14 | Received phone call from Dave Barndt about activity at old well on Weis Road. Upon inspection, there were rods and tubing next to well. A small pit was dug next to well where water was apparently discharged from the well. Minimal amount of oil residue noted. Found that landowner is Kenny Neeb (419-862-3014) from Elmore. He was checking well to see if possible for production. There were 2 other wells on site that have newer pumpjacks on wells. One old and 1 newer tank on site. Spoke to Mr. Neeb by phone. He will submit for owners number and pay $15,000 bond by mid January.
1366309314 | 2013-04-09 | At the time of the inspection the well is operated by the landowner Kenneth Neeb. The surface casing in the well failed an unknown number of years ago. This allowed fresh water to enter the wellbore so 4.5" casing was ran inside the 5 5/8" surface casing to 900'. During cleanout of the well, tools were lost down hole just below the 4.5" casing. The well is not currently capable of production and Mr. Neeb was instructed that the well will not be serviced or produced till properly registered and insured. The well is connected to Complaint # 2584. | NONE9
1378487520 | 2014-01-15 | At the time of the inspection the Compliance Notice issued on 4/9/2013 for "Failure to register/obtain or maintain bond/insurance" (1509:07) have yet to be resolved. In a conversation with the landowner/operator Kenny Neeb, he is no longer producing the wells and is working with Second Oil Co. to get the wells transferred. A conversation with Tony Kryder of Second Oil Co. confirmed the information from Mr. Neeb. |
