2052249882 2014-04-21 Inspected production well on 04/21/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-1,050 gal plastic tank and a vertical within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within an unlocked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells; identification is posted for all wells utilizing it. The well is a rabbit well located within an unlocked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
402936205 2013-03-28 I inspected this well and found one plunger lift system installed on the wellhead. I could not determine the pressure on the tubing or on the casing due to no gauges being installed on either. No leaks were observed on the wellhead or on the adjacent piping around the wellhead. The wellhead was enclosed with a steel chain link fence with an unlocked access gate. The area within the fence and outside of the fence was nicely maintained. The tank battery contained one 25 bbl. plastic brine storage tank, one vertical oil and gas separator unit, one gas sales pipe run with a working gas sales chart recorder and one drip assembly. No leaks were seen on the tank or piping within the tank battery and the battery was enclosed with a steel chain link fence with an unlocked access gate. No identification sign was seen on the tank or on the fence. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. It was determined that this tank battery also handles production for the Medina Sod Farm #1 well. I contacted Jackie of MFC Drilling and advised her of the missing identififcation sign. She informed me that the pumper will install a new sign within a week.
