-1683736817 2003-05-28 During a status check inspection, the well was found to be incapable of commercial production. The pumpjack and rods have been removed and the tubing is shut in with a ball valve, that was leaking. According to the property owner, Mrs. Schwan, there are several neighbors who are using the well for domestic gas. The tank battery for the well is located on the west side of SR 88, behind a pole building. The tank battery has no identification. According to Mike Weinsz, he intends to plug and abandon this well later this summer. 9-9-05(A)1

-611363133 2013-07-24 My inspection showed no evidence of the well, tank(s), separator or line associated with this permit number. I photographed and marked 2" pipe rising 4' to 5' vertically from the ground. The pipe is located at the Tank Lat/Long coordinates. The area around the well has been graded and vegetation has been re-established. The lease road has been removed and vegetation has been re-established. Final restoration pending review of the pipe found at the site.
