-1026341990 2014-01-02 Pits filled, no equipment or debris on site. Good vegetative cover and no erosion. The landowner is using the road for access to property.
-1738039054 2013-04-03 I accompanied Josh Garland to witness the setting of the bottom plug by JD Drilling. They got circulation between the surface and 4.5" so they will come back at plug the well through 2" tubing rather than a bull head plug.
1365552028 2013-04-09 30 sacks set from 1605 to 1210. Ran in to tag plug and hit top at 1507. Formation had taken top 300 feet of plug. Ran tubing in to check depth and the tubing was hung in cement. Pulled one joint and circulated back to surface. Set tubing at 1472 and pumped 30 more sacks Class A with accelerator. Waited 2 hours and tagged cement top at 1244. Cement is 244' above perforations. Perforations from 1506-1488 feet. Ripped production casing at 476' and pulled all the 4 1/2" surface plugs spotted through tubing. Ran tubing to a depth of 448' and circulated to surface. Cement dropped roughly 75' so the plug was topped off at the surface.
1459308986 2012-04-16 No violations noted.
324738218 2007-06-21 The inspection was the result of a land owner complaint. The flow lines and electric lines were laying on the ground. The land owner was concerned with access to mow and electrical safety. Notified Jim Diddle and Spencer Carpenter of the violations, in person. 9-10-05

96178997 2013-04-03 The well still had significant gas pressure on the production casing. The hole was loaded with water and pressured up to 300 psi to see if the formation would take the water before pumping cement. After pressure was placed on the casing communication between the 4 1/2" production casing and the 7" surface casing was noticed. The bottom hole plug will be set through tubing.
