209844662 | 2009-05-05 | Inspection this day found well with pump jack - may be capable of producing as tied into sales line with no valves - does it flow? - 1" tubing line coming out of well on gas escape packer is not tied into a gas sales line. Pumper(Kevin L.) present this day and started motors on 2 other wells but did not come to this well. ID's at well say Dow D-3. Tank has ID's with wrong permit numbers - say 490, 415, 0099, and 433. This well needs added to bond and one of other wells on bond removed. Pumper says this well is Berea. |
