Inspection this day found location has been reclaimed, grass growing nicely, all debris gone. Lease road has some deep holes filled with water - have a call in to see if it was like that before plugging and if company is satisfied or what they would want done to correct. Very flat so "cutting" to holes won't let the water go anywhere - hay on trees indicates recent high water and flooding. Will not pass until hear more.

Talked to Oxford and they are satisfied with condition of road, cannot keep it drained when it floods, was in good shape and then 4-wheelers torn it up again. Reclamation good. Location looked good last week.

Inspection revealed well is equipped with 8" surface casing and 4.5" production casing and 2" tubing rabbit well making gas only there is a 20 bbl swab tank nearby with I.D. posted on it.
