Compliance Action Follow-up 351587658: The wellhead is still idle and equipped with a 2" reducer swage which is open to the atmosphere. There are still no flow lines attached to the wellhead and gas is buubling in the top of the swage. Stonebridge has posted an id at the wellhead. There has been no resolution to any of the issues. I will send this well to supervisor for legal review.

Compliance Action Follow-up 351587658: The wellhead is still idle and equipped with a 2" reducer swage which is open to the atmosphere. Although the valve is closed, there is still small amount of gas bubbling from out of the top. The separator for the well is down off of county road 70 and there are no meters, no charts, and no tanks. There has been no resolution to any of the issues. I called and left messages with Dave Crippen and John Schneider in regards to the issues.

Inspection this day found casing well sitting idle, not hooked up to any lines. Landowner, Mel Danot, says well been idle for many years, records show it has not produced since 1991. Inspector Ball wrote NOV in 8/07 - no action has been taken on it by company or agency. Separator down on lower road, has good ID's, well needs ID's as far away, tanks have been removed years ago. Will inform Sup. Stonerock of situation and get his opinion of what next step should be to remedy NOV's.

Inspector Ball wrote NOV in 8/07 and no change in status. Well still idle and no ID's at wellhead location (required due to distance). Pumpjack has been removed. There is a separator down on lower road with good ID's however the meter has been removed and there is production tubing sprawled across the ground. Production is now current however well is incapable of producing. Stonebridge reported gas for 2011 production. I will consult with Supervisor Dan Goins to see what actions are necessary at this point in time.
