I am onsite to check the casing for pressure test certification and to cement it in place. The service rig ran 2399' of 10.5# casing and Formation is on site to cement it in place with 190 sks of class A cement.

My inspection today finds the well is equipped with 4.5" casing and 2.375" tubing on a packer. The service company is unable to release the packer. An attempt to cut the pipe at 5415' failed, the tubing was not free. Another attempt cut was made. Jet Wire Line tried to cut the tubing again but could only get to a depth of 4873' they tried to bust a collar at that depth. The pipe was still not free. Cemenco tried to pump on the tubing and gain circulation, but they could not. Cemenco set a 30 sk plug at 4873'.

Jet Wire Line perforated the casing at 4030' the previous day. Cemenco is onsite to set a 50sk plug at 4030'. Jet cut the casing at a depth of 2724'. The pipe is not free. The rig crew will continue to try to pull the pipe.

Inspection revealed that well is back into production, noted domestic hookup and commercial sales line located along county rd 8 south of Sharon.
