-1643537239 | 2010-08-18 | Complaint from Jeff Munnell regarding well he is getting gas from, owned by E & E Farms. Says Jack Sloter came in, on orders from Paul Hedrick, and disconnected #7702 which he reports is supposed to stay connecdted to #7232 to insure trailer/landowner has plenty of gas. Hedrick is the mineral owner and G-R Contracting is owner of well - Jeff had talked to G-R and they knew nothing about the agreement and that they could not re-hook well back up to feed into #7323 - Jeff says well was unhooked about 5 years ago when he moved out - has moved back now and worried about not having enough gas. Says well (#7323) has 125# on it. I said unless something is found in writing, they do not have to tied the G-R well back into landowner's well. Will research courthouse records. Jeff admits he is worrying about something that he doesn't need right now or may never need. |
