Well equipped with 3/4" line that connects to a T fitting. One line runs to drip and one line terminates in a garden hose that was left on site near a plastic garbage can filled with water. Waste water was being collected in garbage cans. Allowing brine to evaporate or overflow constitutes an illegal method of storage and disposal. Illegal brine storage, illegal brine disposal, and any further pollution and contamination caused by operation of the well shall cease immediately. Brine from any well shall be disposed of only by injection into an underground formation. Current brine storage and disposal equipment is not rated for expected pressures. All surface equipment must be pressure rated to withstand operating pressures to which it is subjected. Copies of the laws and rules as well as possible penalties provided.
