Author, entomologist, nurse, biologist and chemist, teacher. I own a retired dairy farm and am presently converting it to an organic honey and fruit farm. I have done research in entomology and herpetology, focusing on pesticides used for the control of pests on turf and ornamentals, Christmas trees, and greenhouse tomatoes. I have also focused on the population status in different habitats in New York State of the hellbender, Cryptobranchus allegheniensis.
