DEP request new tag added to wellhead. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues. Well head consisted of 13¿ pipe reduced to 4¿ to 2¿ production pipe with moderate corrosion with 3 shut off valves. Production equipment consisted of separator (50 psi). At the time of inspection, no gas leak around wellhead.
