Conductor pipe (20¿) installed to 60 ft and grouted to surface. Second stringer was 13 3/8¿ installed to 462 ft with 330 sks of gas blocks with 11 bbl return. Current depth was 1781. At the time of inspection, no E&S issues or IW issues at the site. Chief proposing to install 9 5/8¿ pipe to 1811 ft.
2004283 Primary Facility 2011-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted During this inspection, Chevron Regulatory Compliance Personnel and WQS Marc Maestra present. Well ID sign, ES plan w/ PPC plan, and ESCGP-1 onsite. Well drilled not yet in production. Access road/entrance and well pad adequately rocked. BMPs installed and functioning according to ES Control Plan and appear properly maintained. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted during inspection. Previously disturbed areas have been seeded/mulched with growth observed. R Miller 6H recently spudded and drilled. No pits or tanks present on site. No violations noted during this inspection.
2006207 Primary Facility 2011-09-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, drilling equipment was removed from site. No E&S or IW issues. Well head was completed with well head manifold. No pressure reading on the gauge located at the manifold. Annulus valve was closed.
2034177 Primary Facility 2012-01-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted During this inspection; well sign, ES plan, ESCGP-1, and PPC plan onsite. Well tag present, although recommend operator update well tags to include current operator information.
2069379 Primary Facility 2012-05-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection, site Id sign, Es plan, ESCGP-1, and PPC plan onsite. Site gated and monitored by 24hr security. Multi well pad. Said well previously drilled. Crown Rig # 8 actively drilling 6H. Charles, DSM onsite during this inspection. Secondary containment in place beneath rig and onsite tanks. No pits installed by Chevron for drilling operations. Tanks and secondary containment look structurally sound. Appears bmp's are installed and functioning according to plan. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation issues noted with site or access road. Access road adequately rocked.Noted a "small" leak coming from Residual waste box on site, notified DSM whom stated the problem would be addressed immediately. Absorbent pads were placed in location of leak. Department also noted to DSM of a possible safety concern near back side of rig, where it appears shale was placed over top electric lines and drilling equipment (see picture). DSM stated that matter would be addressed immediately no violations noted.
2070076 Primary Facility 2012-04-20 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no E&S issues were present at the site. Chevron had contracted Highland #2. Conductor pipe was set at 60 ft. (20’’pipe) and was grouted in place. 13 3/8” pipe was set at 457’ (surface pipe) and the 9 5/8” pipe was set at 1807 feet. Chevron current depth was 5,663 feet.
