Site ID sign, valid permit, E&S plan, ESCGPI, PPC Plan present at access road entrance. Security on-site. At the time of this inspection, cellar for 2H constructed. Actively drilling 5H, 1H had been drilled, cellars for 3H,4H constructed, 6H staked. Minor erosion on hillside observed on back left corner of pad when facing wellheads from access road. Minor sediment from this erosion observed at base of hill in rock-lined ditch. Observed tophole cuttings along soil pile. Department spoke with company representative who stated plans were to incorporate cuttings into soil pile and disperse across pad. Operator will address erosion concerns by routinely monitoring this area in order to prevent pollution event due to accelerated erosion and sedimentation. Access road adequately rocked and no E&S issues were noted in relation to access road. Department recommends that Operator continues to monitor and maintain access road and well-site as necessary. |
