The well is not put into production at this time. I contacted David Martha from Marco Drilling and asked him what his plans were. He stated that they are waiting to hook the well up to a pipeline at this time. I told him that during my inspection I found minimal accelerated erosion and that he needed to figure a way to slow the water down and disperse it in sections. He said that it would be taken care of immediately as they are going to start on the pipeline as soon as next week.

1870332 2010-03-17 No Violations Noted On March 17, 2010 I conducted an inspecion of the above site in response to an odor complaint. There was a slight odor present. The lid was off of the brine tank. Drilling was completed on 4/27/09. The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. There was no evidience of accelerated erosion on the site. I contacted the operator on 3/17/2010, the operator agreed to replace the lid of the tank and have it secured.
1895136 2010-05-25 No Violations Noted ALLEGHENY CO.FIRE MARSALL RECIEVED ODOR COMPLAINT AND VISITED THE SITE BUT FOUND NO ODORS.I WENT TO THE SITE AND ALSO FOUND NO ODORS. THE WELL HAS A RABBIT SYSTEM THAT RELEASES FLUID INTO THE STORAGE TANK CAUSING SOME VAPORS IN THE TANK TO BE RELEASE INTO THE ATMOSPHERE.
1907146 2010-07-21 No Violations Noted On July 21st, 2010 I conducted a follow up inspecion of the above site in response to an odor complaint inspection on March 17th. There were no odors observed at the time of this inspection. The lid was secured on the brine tank. Drilling was completed on 4/27/09. The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. There was no evidience of accelerated erosion on the site.
1991799 2011-07-08 No Violations Noted COMPLAINT #281248 FOR ODORS FROM RECYCLED ASPHALT ON ACCESS ROAD. I DETECTED NO ODORS FROM THE ASPHALT.

THE WELL IS IN GOOD CONDITION WITH NO DETECTABLE LEAKS. THE ANULUS IS OPEN.
