The well site appeared to be in compliance. A well tag was present. The access road was in good condition. The site was well vegetated. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection
1912801 2010-08-17 No Violations Noted On August 17, 2010 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Also on site was Huntley and Huntley representative John Hodson. A small slip had developed downslope of the well pad after a severe rain event. The area was to be seeded and mulched to prevent further erosion. Drilling was completed 11/20/2006. The well was in production. The well site appeared to be in compliance. A well tag was present. The access road was in good condition. The site was well vegetated. There was no evidence of spills or leaks at the time of inspection.
