| My inspection revealed that an un-permitted discharge of 35%acid occurred on location. This is a violation of Section 78.56 (a) of the Department¿ regulations, 25 Pa. Code §78.56(a), which provides:

Based on my inspection, the spilled acid was sufficiently cleaned up. There was no evidence of any residual acid in the area where the spill reportedly occurred. The spill was immediately addressed and the violation was immediately corrected. Preventative measures were installed to prevent future similar spills.
