The site was snow covered. The pad remains at full built-out. PSCM infiltration berms have been installed. No erosion issues were observed. There are 3 producing Marcellus wells and 1 plugged well located on this well pad. All wells were properly tagged with the API/well permit number. Well cellars were snow covered, no bubbling was observed in the cellars. There are 3 GPU's and a dehydration unit located onsite. In addition, there are (3) 400 bbl produced fluids tanks located in secondary containment. Containment was approximately half full of frozen water. I recommend properly disposing of this water once conditions permit. No violations noted. |
