2781558 | Primary Facility | 2018-09-27 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, well was not equipped for production. There was no piping from the well. Well integrity was in good condition, with no signs of any leaks. The well was properly labeled. There was a pump jack hooked up to the well, which ran manually. There was a plastic tote near the well which had about a foot of fluid in it. Production was reported in 2017 as temporarily not producing. Please contact me on the status of this well. If it has not produced in the past year, it would be in violation for being abandoned. |
2818573 | Primary Facility | 2018-12-20 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | This as a follow up inspection to see if the well was producing. The well was now equipped to produce. The production casing was being vented to atmosphere. The tubing was tied in to a 50 bbl tank. It appears the well was back into production. |
