Unable to determine if the conductor was set on wells 1H and 2H as cellar was covered with cement and manhole. Rogers 3 well was in production, however no gauges on any of the annuli. Cellar filled with water, with no visible bubbling.
2627748 Primary Facility 2017-08-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On August 16, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil and Gas USA LLC, Rogers H (05-235) well site in Windham Township, Bradford County.
