The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review.  The site was mostly well vegetated, but patches of dead vegetation were observed on the eastern and southern slopes.  The Department recommends temporarily stabilizing and reseeding the areas.  No major erosion or sedimentation issues were observed.  PCSM has been addressed at the site.  Two bioretention basins were observed to be installed.  Bioretention basin #2 had an uncapped HDPE outlet pipe.  The ESCGP plans call for a capped 4" HDPE outlet pipe.  The Department recommends capping the outlet pipe.
