| The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Longenecker 03-008 Well Pad in Columbia Township, Bradford County on 11/7/2018 at 0950 hours. This inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was 48 degrees and sunny.

There are currently 8 producing wells onsite with two production tanks. All PCSM practices are in place and appear to be functioning properly. The site is well vegetated, stabilized and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report will be accepted upon submission.

2800431 Primary Facility 2018-11-07 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a RESTORATION inspection of Repsol Oil & Gas's Longenecker 03-008 Well Pad in Columbia Township, Bradford County on 11/7/2018 at 0950 hours. This inspection was conducted in response to a Notice of Termination received by the DEP. The weather was 48 degrees and sunny.

There are currently 8 producing wells onsite with two production tanks. All PCSM practices are in place and appear to be functioning properly. The site is well vegetated, stabilized and no temporary E&S BMPs were observed. A well site restoration report will be accepted upon submission.

I recommend this Notice of Termination for approval. No violations noted at this time.

I departed the site at 1020.
