| On 6/1/2017 I performed a complaint inspection related to the Rostosky well site in response to complaint ID 327246.  The following was observed:

>>The complainant reported excessive noise from the site every night as well as concerns about the future possibility of impact to their water supply.  No current impact to their water supply was reported.  The complainant stated that the overnight noise had stopped roughly a week prior but expressed concern that it would begin again.

>>Communications with the operator resulted in the operator providing contact information for their community advisor staff person and an agreement to make efforts to reduce overnight site noise when possible.

| On 6/1/2017 I performed a complaint inspection related to the Rostosky well site in response to complaint ID 327246.  The following was observed:
 +
 +
>>The complainant reported excessive noise from the site every night as well as concerns about the future possibility of impact to their water supply.  No current impact to their water supply was reported.  The complainant stated that the overnight noise had stopped roughly a week prior but expressed concern that it would begin again.
 +
 +
>>Communications with the operator resulted in the operator providing contact information for their community advisor staff person and an agreement to make efforts to reduce overnight site noise when possible.
