There was a slight odor present. The lid was off of the brine tank. Drilling was completed on 4/27/09. The access road was in good condition. A well tag was present. There was no evidience of accelerated erosion on the site. I contacted the operator on 3/17/2010, the operator agreed to replace the lid of the tank and have it secured.

THE WELL HAS A RABBIT SYSTEM THAT RELEASES FLUID INTO THE STORAGE TANK CAUSING SOME VAPORS IN THE TANK TO BE RELEASE INTO THE ATMOSPHERE.
