2576638 Primary Facility 2017-03-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine inspection of Range Resources SGL075A West and East pads on March 28, 2017. No one was on site during my inspection. Weather conditions rainy and foggy.

West Pad: Marcellus well 081–21051 is producing. Well cellar filled in with gravel. The well is properly labeled with the operator's contact information and permit number. There is one 400 BBL produced fluids tank located within secondary containment. There is one production unit on site. Marcellus well 081–21052 has been spud. The conductor has been set. The conductor has a metal plate welded on top of it with the ID well permit number. Wells 081–21602 and 081-21603 have not been drilled or spud. The pad remains its original size.

East Pad: Marcellus well 081–21358 and 081–21359 are both producing. Both wells are properly labeled. Well cellars are filled with gravel. There are 2(400) BBL produce fluids tanks located in secondary containment. There are two production units on site. The pad remains its original size.
