At the time of the inspection, the Jack Hipple A 1H (081-20472), 2H (081-20471), 3H (081-20470), 4H (081-20469), and 6H (081-20831) were in production while the monument of the plugged 5H (081-20468) was visible.  ESX10-081-0069 expired on 9/1/2015 without being terminated.  Currently, the site remains at the originally permitted size, has not been restored or reduced, and no PCSM (Post Construction Stormwater Management) has been implemented on the site.
