Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1973698 Primary Facility 2011-05-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted No visible well. Talked to Neal Phillips, brother of Mark Phillips, property owner. Well is buried(plugged?), but he showed me the approx. location, said would be able to find with metal detector. He claims his brother retained the water rights. No problem at this time.
2657293 Primary Facility 2017-11-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At time of inspection.

The coordinates for the well was in a field. There was no evidence of a well. I spoke with an unknown resident of the area and he told me he knew of of a well but wouldn't tell me where it was.

He also said that we (the department) didn't know what we were doing and we shouldn't be walking around in that area because we could get shot.

The last inspection was conducted on 5/17/2011 (ID# 1973698), the inspector stated he talked to the land owners brother and was told the well was plugged and buried. A plugging inspection was conducted on 4/12/1988 (ID# 541049). The well in incorrectly listed as active and should be listed as plugged.

541048 Primary Facility 1987-08-11 Bond Release No Violations Noted
541049 Primary Facility 1988-04-12 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted PLUGGED
