 +
| On 4/7/2016  The Department conducted an Administrative Inspection for the Malling Well Pad in regard to a Notice of Termination.  The Department recently physically inspected the pad on 2/29/2016.  These inspections are as follows:  2462505, 2462511, 2462512, 2462514, and 2462517.
 +

 +
The area where the Malling well pad was located is now restored to its original contour.  The revegetation of the area with perennial grasses has successfully taken hold, surpassing the 70 percent vegetative standard.  All grading is up to par and consistent with industry standards.  The site had enough vegetative cover as of last year to have a hay crop harvested from the site, and the BMPs have been all removed.
 +

 +
I would recommend approval of this Notice of Termination.
