2630109 Primary Facility 2017-08-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the John Mocek well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2635419 Primary Facility 2017-09-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 09/13/2017, WQS Brian MacQuarrie onsite at unconventional well site. Four wells in production. Six 500 bbl tanks installed within stainless steel containment structure. Six frac tanks installed within secondary containment. Erosion and Sedimentation Plan in mailbox. E/S best management practices installed and maintained including sediment trap. Vegetative growth well established in previously disturbed areas. No apparent E/S issues.
2655631 Primary Facility 2017-10-31 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On 10/31/2017, WQS Brian MacQuarrie onsite at unconventional well site. Four wells in production. Six 500 bbl tanks installed within stainless steel containment structure. Six frac tanks installed within secondary containment. While onsite meet with Nate Smiell - Range Resources for the purpose of conducting a Notice of Termination inspection. PCSM BMPs installed and maintained. Permanent Stabilization achieved according to PA Code 25 Chapter 102.22(a)(2).

The Notice of Termination request is approved.
