HG Energy is operating the site and wells as a third party consultant in Noble's name until the transfers are complete. Before selling the site to HG Energy Noble has modified the PCSM structures in the ESCGP2 permit. Installation of the PCSM structures and restoration of the site has been completed. The site is in good condition and stable. The access road and well pad are in good condition. The operator will need to remove the E&S controls on the site before submitting an NOT for the ESCGP2 permit for review by the Department.
